Refund Policy

If you have forgotten to cancel your plan or have decided to cancel it, you may be eligible to receive a refund. TagoIO offers refunds in certain situations.

In order to initiate the process, if you are entitled to the refund, follow the steps below:
  1. Downgrade your plan to a free plan to avoid any further charges
  2. Do not delete your account
  3. Open a ticket requesting a refund

When are you entitled to a refund

  1. You have been charged for your next month in the last 14 days and didn't have any services usage.  (no use of SMS, email, Data Input or Data Output during this period)
  2. You have been charged for your next year plan in the last 14 days (exclusive for yearly plans).
When a payment method different from Credit Card is used, there may be an additional bank and processing fee associated with the refund process.
