We're thrilled to share some exciting news: our network of servers is expanding, and Europe is now part of our growing infrastructure. When you create a new account with TagoIO, you now have the option to store your data on our dedicated European servers.

By choosing to store your data on our new European servers, you ensure that your end-user information remains within the EU, boosting data access speeds for projects located throughout Europe. This option also assists you in meeting the stringent requirements of the GDPR.

Our new European server is located in Ireland (Europe West 1).

This enhanced service is particularly valuable for companies operating in the EU market, organizations requiring EU data residency, businesses dedicated to GDPR compliance, and projects in the EU that demand low-latency access.

As the servers in the US and EU are completely isolated from each other, keep in mind that the API endpoints to receive data from IoT devices are completely different. For example, when sending data from a LoRaWAN Network Server from Europe, make sure that you point it to the TagoIO middleware where you created your account.
