It is possible to prevent the accidental deletion of dashboards?

As an alternative, it would be helpful to have the possibility of creating a dashboard providing a public token parameter, in case of deleting a dashboard with an active public share URL,  recreate the deleted dashboard with the same share public URL, so the existing URL could be keep in use.
