I think a good idea would be to add a notes section to the dynamic & static widget tables. The notes section could be edited by run users allowing them to write and remember what those data points mean to them at that moment, and be able to look back at it. 

Another and much better way to implement this solution would be a notes section in these same widgets that isn't editable on the form but is a clickable link called "Notes" that pops up a notes messenger pad that essentially turns into a threaded messenger popup. This could allow multiple run users with access to this dashboard the ability to comment on the data and then see what others think about their comments. You could even set up alerts via analysis for new posts that have been added to that specific thread/table through analysis.
