[Multi-Axis Widget] Display all data points even when there's no data

@Phil Gutierre

Hi everyone!

Here’s a suggestion from one of our customers about the Multi-Axis Widget:

"When there are two or more data points (see image 1) in a Multi-Axis Widget, and then zoomed into a recent data, the data point with no data for the last 3 hours disappears (image 2).

In my opinion, if the graph designer placed fields on the graph, then the index of that field should always be present, even if there is no data to display. There does not seem to be any benefit to the UI by removing the legend at different interval periods as it essentially makes things inconsistent.

The problem is that if you use the graph regularly, you get used to seeing all the legends. When there is a missing legend, it looks like that variable has been deleted from the graph."

That’s a good point, what do you guys think about this suggestion? Let us know!
