Distribute tab is not available to create Dashboard templates

I am trying to creating Dashboard Templates to be shared between differents profiles, but first of all, the Distribute Tab is not available.
Some questions:
- Do I miss any enable function to be able to see “Distribute Tab”?
- I have some profiles where I would like to share some Dashboard Templates. Is it possible? How ?
Could you help me?
