I'm trying to configure my Dashboard Icon, but I'm facing 2 problems: 

1. I upload an .svg image in "Files", and when I put the link of it in the Dashboard, the icon doesn't appear:

2. Two different images are appearing in two different places, related to the same Dashboard:

Why are these bugs happening? How can I solve them?
